The club is aiming to make the grounds look attractive, a place where members want to visit and be proud of. We need to continue with excellent work that has been done to maintain the hedges around the perimeter of the club grounds as well as improvements to the car park areas.
Throughout the coming year we will be arranging work parties.
Finally if any member has any ideas (no matter how big or small) for grounds or clubhouse improvement that they wish to submit to the committee for consideration please let me know. Also should you wish to do a specific job and not attend work parties this can be arranged.
Work party notices will be on the notice board and the web site
PLEASE ensure that your jetty is maintained in a safe condition.
PLEASE ensure that your vessel is kept in a clean and safe condition, correctly moored with no possibility of danger or nuisance to your neighbours and other river users.
THE BERTHING MASTER must be contacted, if necessary via a member of the berthing committee, prior to any visiting vessel being allocated a temporary berth.
Should any member exchange their boat, particularly whilst away from the Club, please let the Berthing Master know the full details of the replacement before returning to the Club. Note, a berth may not automatically be available.
Thank you, Berthing Master
