You will also have the opportunity to develop your boating skills through formal and informal training. The club's Captain organises the annual "Captain's Cruise" to Hull Marina for a weekend at Easter. Other social events include the annual Regatta held at the Spring bank holiday weekend and the annual Dinner Dance and awards evening held in October. There are a number of ad hoc social events held throughout the year. Boats are over wintered out of the water, "lift out" usually takes place the weekend immediately following Bonfire night and are lifted back into the water at "lift in" usually the 2 weeks before Easter. Lifting out boats provides all members with the opportunity to embark on a winter maintenance programme and safety checks. If you are interested in joining the club the first step is to download an application form and submit the completed form to the membership secretary.

If you are unable to do this then contact any of the committee members and they will arrange for a form to be sent to you.
